ClimaVision®low-e

Modern insulating glazing was only widely equipped with low-e coatings from the mid-1990s onwards. In these older existing buildings, the U-value and g-value can be significantly improved with our retrofittable low-e films – without having to replace the windows. The films reflect heat radiation back into the room, thereby noticeably reducing heat loss.

The films are applied to the inside, reflect heat radiation back into the room and thus noticeably reduce heat loss. The result: lower heating costs and a noticeably improved indoor climate.

The lower half of the window is fitted with our Low-e film, the upper half is not. The thermal image shows the reflection of a person's body heat when squatting: with the film, the heat stays in the room; without the film, it escapes outside into the cold area.
